Our focus is on producing quality dry vinifera wines from grapes harvested from our two vineyards, in which we grow about 30 acres of grapes combined.

Harvest Intern
Setter Ridge Vineyards seeks highly motivated, self-starting individuals for its 2026 harvest team. Setter Ridge Vineyards is a small lot, premium vinifera vineyard focusing on Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. We are situated on 30 acres of estate vineyards in the Lehigh Valley AVA, Berks County, SE Pennsylvania.
This position starts in mid to late June and goes through the end of November.
This position has flexible hours and can be a part time to full time opportunity. As a Harvest Worker, you will assist the production and winemaking staff with all harvest-related activities. This can include but is not limited to:
Cellar Duties:
• Cleaning and sanitizing tanks, presses, hoses, and other winery equipment.
• Pumpovers and punch downs.
• Draining, emptying and pressing must from tanks.
• Barrel work and topping.
• Assist full time crew with receiving fruit; crushing/de-stemming.
• Wine movements (racking, transfers).
• General winery cleaning.
Lab Duties:
• Sampling, lab analysis.
• Chemical additions.
• Yeast and ML inoculations, nutrient additions.
We are looking for hard working candidates, with a positive attitude and ability to multi-task in a busy environment. The ideal candidate must pay close attention to detail, be committed to quality and passionate about wine! Previous harvest experience is preferred, but not a requirement. This is a paid position.
Ability to lift or move up to 55 pounds is required. Shift work and overtime may be possible. Ability to read and follow work orders. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Must work safely around moving equipment and electricity. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is also required.
Tasting Room Employee
Setter Ridge Vineyards is currently looking for a weekend help in the tasting room. Setter Ridge Vineyards has been in operation as a winery since 2003, and had made the move to their current location just outside Kutztown in 2010. Our focus is on producing quality dry vinifera wines from grapes harvested from our two vineyards.
Tasting Room Employees Tasks include:
Providing and taking responsibility for a consistent and pleasant customer experience
Maintaining a working knowledge of the tasting room menu, products and procedures
Assisting with events on and offsite, not limited to managing group tastings & private events
Conducting off-site pourings, tastings and events as needed
And any other duties as deemed necessary by ownership
We are currently looking for a responsible, self-motivated individual to join our staff. The main task of this staff member is to work in the tasting room – helping customers, maintaining inventory and overall cleanliness.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for up to 8 hours a day. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Professional appearance & demeanor is required. Wine related experience preferred with knowledge of wine & wine production. Must have excellent communication & customer service skills. Must have reliable transportation and be at least 21 years of age.
Candidate must be available to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month. Pay includes hourly compensation plus tips.
