We’re looking forward to our first Winemaker’s Dinner since 2019! We’re happy to be featuring Chef Ben Smith of Smithwurst.
We will be hosting the dinner on our outdoor patio. Sides will be up or down and the heater on or off depending on the weather. We will have tables available by the number in your group. For ease of seating you, please reserve your entire group together as one table. We have tables of 2 up to tables of 5. If you have a group larger than 5, please contact the tasting room at 610.683.8463 so we can accommodate you.
This seasonal four course menu is priced at $145 for a table of 2, $217.50 for a table of 3, $290 for a table of 4 and $362.50 for a table of 5. It includes the four course meal with a 3-ounce wine pairing at each course & tax. Please note that gratuity is not included, and will be added at a 18% rate. First course – Marinated Heirloom Tomato Salad with Local Melons, Cucumbers, Fresh Herbs & Lemon Oil paired with Sauvignon Blanc
Second Course – Local Corn Carbonara with Smithwurst Bacon, Local Corn Butter, Basil & Parmesan paired with Pinot Gris
Third Course – Stuffed Pork Loin with Fig & Blue Cheese Stuffing, Garlic Rosemary Potato Gratin & Maple Roasted Squash paired with unreleased 2016 Pinot Noir Reserve
Fourth Course – Apple & Pear Strudel filled with Local Apples, Pears & Raisins with Creme Anglaise, Cider Reduction & Candied Pecans paired with unreleased Pomme Fizz.
Enjoy a 15% discount on any wines purchased that evening plus bottles of the unreleased Pinot Noir will be available to purchase.
