We look forward to another delicious dinner featuring the Chef Ben Smith of Smithwurst.
We will be hosting the dinner on our outdoor patio. We’ll have the garage doors down & heaters on to keep you nice & warm. We will have tables available by the number in your group. For ease of seating you, please reserve your entire group together. If you do reserve separately, please let us know when completing your order if you would like to be seated with any other groups. This seasonal four course menu is priced at $75 per person. It includes the four course meal with a 3-ounce wine pairing at each course & tax. Please note that gratuity is not included, and will be added at a 18% rate. Reservations are required and seating is limited, so please contact the winery at 610-683-8463 or purchase tickets online.

Second Course: Sweet Potato Crusted Salmon served with handmade Butternut Pasta, Honey Dijon Carbonara, Maple Vinegar Reductions & Sage paired with our library 2013 Pinot Noir Reserve
Third Course: Braised Short Ribs served with local Mushroom Bread Pudding, Blistered Tomatoes, Roasted Brussel Sprouts & Fennel paired with our library 2016 Cabernet Franc
Fourth Course: Apple Dumpling served with Smoked Cinnamon Ice Cream & Toffee Sauce paired with 2016 Gewurztraminer.
