Unfortunately due to the weather not cooperating today, we’ll be postponing parts of our Dog Days event.  We’ll be rescheduling Author Mercy Mize and the DAWGS Prison Program, in addition to the Off The Leash Dog Truck later this afternoon.  In addition, because we know how sensitive dogs are to storms, with the high chance of thunderstorms this afternoon, our dog competitions will also be postponed at this point to a day where both you and your pups can enjoy the afternoon.

Setter Ridge Vineyards is going to the dogs! Join us for our annual fun pet friendly day at the winery.

 In addition to great fun for pets, enjoy music from Nicole Stump from 1pm to 4pm. Queen V Wraps & The Nesting Box Creamery will also be onsite.

Off the Leash Dog Truck will be onsite selling a variety of dog treats.

Author Mercy Mize will be onsite from 12-4, with a table set up to teach people about Samson and the DAWGS Prison Program,take donations, and meet Samson, his little brother Willy and their cousin Suesie (all graduates of the DAWGS Prison Program.) She will also be selling signed copies of her book “Samson’s Tail”.

 DAWGS Prison Program is a A 501(c)3 rescue that saves dogs from overwhelmed shelters and pairs them with inmates who train them. All who donate to the DAWGS Prison Program will receive 10% off all bottle purchases throughout the day.

Enter your dogs into several great competitions including Smallest Dog, Largest Dog, & Best Dressed. Registration will take place from 11am to 1:45pm. Your pet must be registered and you must be over 21 in order to be eligible for the contest. Judging for the competitions will start at 2pm. You must be present to take part in the competition.

Want to be eligible for a prize, but have a midsize dog who doesn’t like to dress up? We’ve got you covered. Every dog that joins us on Sunday will get one free ticket for an entry into a raffle. The winner will be chosen at 4pm. You need not be present to win.

We’ll also have several great giveaways throughout the course of the day! The first 10 pups onsite will receive a special gift, just bring them into the tasting room so we can present your gift. 

All pets must be leashed and under supervision at all times. We also please ask that you pick up after your pets. We will have water stations available outdoors as well. We also have a dog park available for well-behaved dogs to enjoy some time off leash under your supervision.

No reservations are for the patio or the lawn. We do have tables available on a first come basis. However, you are also allowed to bring your own chairs & blankets and enjoy the relaxing afternoon in the sun.

Sunday is also Mimosa Sunday, so enjoy a glass of our sparkling Pomme Fizz, a traditional Orange Juice Mimosa or our special for the month – Green Pear Mimosa. Setter Ridge Vineyards has a variety of wine available by the glass or bottle. In addition, we carry local beer.
