Join us for our last dinner of 2019 featuring the chefs from Divine Catering. This seasonal four course menu is priced at $75 per person and includes the four course meal with a 3-ounce wine pairing at each course, tax and gratuity. First Course – Crispy Kabocha Squash Risotto Cake with housemade ricotta, rosemary honey drizzle, fried jamon & caramelized apple paired with 2015 Riesling
Second Course – Miso Cured Scottish Salmon with crispy sunchoke, red plums, english cucumber confit & tangerine gastrique paired with 2014 Chardonnay, Richard J Vineyard
Third Course – Duck Breast served with pumpkin puree, fennel jam, charred brussel sprouts and beet root tuile paired with 2014 Pinot Noir, Richard J Vineyard
Fourth Course – Chocolate Lava Cake with poached pears and lemongrass ice cream paired with 2015 Cabernet Franc
Enjoy a 15% discount on any wines purchased that evening. Unreleased Chardonnay and Pinot Noir will also be available to purchase this evening as well.
