Looking for a special way to spend your Valentine’s Day? Look no further than an amazing 3 course meal prepared by Chef Beth Raynock of Local Mama Catering. Each course will be paired with an option of wine or beer. The menu includes:
1st course – Fresh Arugula topped with Red Wine Poached Pears, Savory Cinnamon Pecans, Gorgonzola Cheese and a Lemon Balsamic Viniagrette paired with a newly release Setter Ridge Sparkling Muscat
2nd course – Braised Short Ribs with a Black Cherry Demi Glace, Parmesan Risotto and Fig & Bacon Brussel Sprouts paired with your choice of Cabernet Franc or Saucony Creek Amber Ale
3rd course – Vanilla Panna Cotta with a Berry Coulis and Salted Caramel Ganache paried with your choice of Sauvignon Blanc or Saucony Creek Diesel Breath (A white stout brewed with toasted Cocao nibs, vanilla beans and rolled oats)
Enjoy this delicious menu on Friday February 12th at 6:30pm or Sunday February 14th at 6:00pm. We have seating in two different locations:
Tasting Room – $150 per couple (plus 18% gratuity)
Fermentation Room – $140 per couple (plus 18% gratuity). Enjoy the musical stylings of Pentley Holmes in the fermentation room.
Each course includes a 3 ounce glass of wine (or sparkling wine) or a 5 ounce glass of beer. Additional beer & wine is available to purchase during the meal. Also enjoy 15% off any wine bottle purchases this evening.
Cancellations must be made by February 5th to receive a refund.
