Love a good red Bordeaux blend, but not quite sure what all goes into it? Join us for a fun 1-1/2 long class introducing you to the 5 red wines that are grown in Bordeaux – Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc & Petit Verdot. You try samples of each of these varietals (from both our winery and others), plus our Bordeaux style blend – Wedding Cuvee). While tasting, take notes on the various wines, and then you’ll get to put together a glass of your own Bordeaux style blend using the five varietals you tasted earlier. Included in the ticket price of $35 is a variety of snacks to enjoy while tasting & blending your varietals. Seating is limited to 15 people at each of two sessions, 12:30pm to 2pm and 2:30pm to 4pm.
